Terms of Service

By accessing or using Hostking Pro (the "Service") at hostkingpro.com or any subdomain, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Hostking Pro provides multi-tenant cloud hosting for web applications. The Service includes a dashboard, a command-line interface (`hostking`), and three independent product lines: Castles (shared-hosting equivalents), Private VPS Kingdoms (dedicated virtual private servers), and Legacy cPanel (WHMCS-bridged legacy hosting).

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your WorkOS account, your API tokens, and your SSH keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Host content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or other malicious content
• Perform unauthorized network scanning or credential stuffing
• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• Conduct cryptocurrency mining without an explicit plan entitlement

We target 99.9% monthly availability for the dashboard and management APIs. Per-tenant application availability depends on the chosen plan and is documented in your plan's service-level objective. Backups are performed nightly; restore requests are handled within 24 hours.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis within 14 days of the initial purchase. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL HOSTKING PRO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email and a banner in the dashboard. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
