A seat is a user that can be assigned a role. Each role unlocks specific permissions across your agencies' sites, billing, and team.
There can only be one owner per agency. Holds the billing relationship, deletes the agency, transfers ownership. Cannot be removed or demoted by other members.
Full access to all sites, billing, seats, and team. Can promote/demote other admins and editors. Cannot transfer ownership.
Manages assigned client accounts: deploys, monitors, edits content. Cannot change billing or team roles.
Edits content and config on assigned sites only. Cannot deploy, cannot access billing.
Operational access — view logs, restart services, run scans. Cannot edit content or billing.
Content-only access on assigned sites. Drafts and publishes posts/pages.
Code-level access on assigned sites. Pushes to git, runs CLI deploys, manages env vars.
Every additional seat is $8/mo, regardless of role. Each seat can be assigned a role and changed at any time. Owner seat is included in the tier price.
There can only be one Owner per agency. The Owner holds the billing relationship, has irrevocable access to all sites, the team, and the agency's Stripe billing. The Owner can transfer ownership to another seat, but only one Owner exists at any time. No other role can promote itself to Owner.
